A $5,000 bond was set on Monday for Sara Lou Jones, a 45-year-old woman from Sheridan, following a theft allegation. Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth made the ruling after determining that prosecutors had probable cause to charge Jones with theft of property.
Jones, who has multiple prior felony convictions, was informed that her next court appearance will be on June 16.
