A significant retail theft operation over Thanksgiving weekend led to the arrest of 23 individuals at the Camarillo Premium Outlets, according to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department. The operation took place from Black Friday to Sunday, with collaboration from multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Port Hueneme and Simi Valley Police departments and the California Highway Patrol.
The arrested suspects include 20 adults and three minors. Along with recovering stolen merchandise worth approximately $9,000, authorities seized methamphetamine and burglary tools used in the thefts.

Lopez and Barrios face additional felony child endangerment charges after allegedly involving their one-month-old baby in the theft activities. Yaines and Ghourgoian are also facing similar charges for involving their 8-year-old child in the crimes.
