A Loganville woman, 19-year-old Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, was arrested and charged with felony exploitation after videos surfaced online showing her performing provocative dances over disabled men. The videos, which gained viral attention on TikTok, have led to widespread outrage and a formal police investigation.

Alarming Content Captured on Social Media

In the videos, Koiyan is seen gyrating and dancing inappropriately over two disabled men in what appears to be a care facility. One of the videos shows her lifting one man’s head and placing an unidentified object into his mouth. The footage, initially posted on TikTok, quickly spread across other social media platforms, sparking outrage among viewers. Many expressed concerns about the exploitation of vulnerable individuals and called for legal action.

Loganville Police were alerted to the disturbing videos after they were shared and reported by several users disturbed by the content. Police Chief Dick Lowry condemned the actions, stating, “When I watched it, disgusted is the only word I know. She’s using these men for social media views, and it’s exploitation.”

Investigation Leads to Arrest

After conducting an investigation, authorities issued a warrant for Koiyan’s arrest. On January 23, Loganville police apprehended her without incident at her residence. She was subsequently booked into the Walton County Jail.

Koiyan faces one felony charge of exploitation of a disabled person under Georgia law (OCGA 15-5-102). As the investigation continues, authorities have hinted that additional charges may be brought against her, especially in connection with the second disabled victim featured in the videos.

Community Outrage and Ongoing Investigation

The case has ignited a wave of outrage on social media, with many users demanding justice for the disabled individuals involved. Advocacy groups for the disabled have denounced the incident as a blatant form of abuse.

Authorities are also investigating whether Koiyan had any formal caregiving qualifications or if she misrepresented her credentials to gain access to the men seen in the videos. The investigation is ongoing, and additional developments are expected in the coming weeks.
