The Vasai Crime Branch Unit 2 arrested two men for allegedly stealing goods valued at Rs 12.68 lakh from a stationery unit in Naigaon, Palghar district.
Senior Inspector Avinash Kurhade reported that on August 11, 302 cartons containing cutter blades were stolen from the unit. Following an investigation, police arrested Yatin Haribhai Bhappa (21) and Mahadev Gelabhai Kalaniya (23), both residents of Vasai.
All the stolen cutter blades have been recovered, and further investigation is underway.
