Winston Parrish Arrested for Forged Financial Fraud in Riviera Beach

Man accused of identity theft and forged bank documents

RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. — A Riviera Beach man has been arrested on allegations of financial fraud and identity theft, according to the Riviera Beach Police Department.

Winston Bernard Jr. Parrish was taken into custody for allegedly passing a forged bank bill, note, check, or draft and using or possessing the identification of another person without consent. The offenses fall under state fraud and impersonation statutes.

The arrest was documented under Report No. 563133, published online on Jan. 9, 2026. Authorities have not disclosed the date of the alleged offenses, the financial institution involved, or the total amount in question. Investigators also have not released whether additional victims are involved.

As with all criminal cases, the charges remain allegations, and Parrish is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Authorities are continuing their investigation.
