Windsor Police Arrest Three in $3,377 Retail Theft Scheme

One suspect, Kory Raymond, still at large in Windsor-Essex retail theft case

WINDSOR, ON – A retail theft investigation by Windsor police has led to the arrest of three suspects, with a fourth still at large.

The investigation stemmed from five theft reports received between August 25, 2024, and January 27, 2025, at various big-box stores across Windsor-Essex. The total value of the stolen goods amounted to $3,377.84.

Authorities identified four individuals involved in the thefts. Last week, police arrested two men, aged 40 and 32, along with a 35-year-old woman. The three have been charged with three counts of theft under $5,000 and committing an indictable offence for a criminal organization.

A fourth suspect, 36-year-old Kory Raymond, remains outstanding. Raymond is wanted for three counts of theft under $5,000, committing an indictable offence for a criminal organization, and three counts of failure to comply with a release order. He is described as a white male, approximately 5’9″ tall, with a medium build, brown hair, and green eyes.
