PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA — An 18-year-old Woodbridge resident, Wania Mussarat Shaikh, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter following a fatal collision in an active work zone.

The crash occurred on May 27, 2025, at the intersection of Minnieville Road and Summit School Road in Woodbridge. Investigators determined Shaikh was driving a 2021 Toyota Highlander at more than twice the posted speed limit.
