WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Wade Jordan Sharpe was taken into custody Tuesday morning after being cited for drug-related and trespassing offenses, according to the West Palm Beach Police Department.

Sharpe, a Black male, was arrested on suspicion of possession or use of drug equipment and trespassing on a structure or conveyance. The arrest was documented under Report No. 403079 and recorded on January 6, 2026, at approximately 10:59 a.m.

Authorities have not released further details about the location of the alleged trespass or the type of drug paraphernalia involved. Under Florida law, possession of drug equipment may include items used to ingest, prepare, or store controlled substances, while trespassing charges apply to those remaining on property without permission or after being warned to leave.

Information regarding bond status, court dates, or potential additional charges was not immediately available. Law enforcement typically releases limited details at the booking stage, with further information emerging as cases progress through the judicial system.

As with all criminal matters, Sharpe is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
