BELL GARDENS, Calif. — A local business owner, Vicente Garcia-Garcia, has been arrested on sexual abuse charges following an investigation by the Bell Gardens Police Department.
Police say Garcia-Garcia operates Lucaz Entertainment, a company that offers entertainment services for parties and events across Southern California.
On August 27, detectives revealed they had identified two victims connected to the ongoing case.
Authorities believe there may be additional victims and are urging anyone with relevant information to contact the Bell Gardens Police Department.
