Vadodara city police arrested two alleged members of the infamous Kihori gang from Madhya Pradesh, known for their unique modus operandi of traveling on luxury buses to Gujarat and robbing bicycles to reach their targets. The accused, Kushal Kihori (30) and Pappu Kihori (22), were caught following a police tip-off at Chhayapuri railway station.
The duo is believed to be involved in numerous house break-ins across various Gujarat cities, with police linking them to at least 23 undetected cases. The Chhani police team set up a surveillance operation and apprehended the suspects on Friday.
Police continue investigating the gang’s activities and possible links to other crimes in the region.
