Tyrone Parker Arrested for Robbery and Assault in White Plains

Baltimore man charged after attacking victim and stealing belongings on Crain Highway

WHITE PLAINS, Md. – On July 10 at approximately 10:15 p.m., White Plains police responded to a reported citizen robbery on the 4500 block of Crain Highway.

According to the investigation, the victim was walking when an unknown male approached and punched him multiple times in the head before stealing his jacket and cell phone.

Officers quickly canvassed the area and located the suspect nearby. Tyrone Lorenzo Parker, 37, of Baltimore, was positively identified and the stolen items were recovered.

Parker was arrested and charged with robbery, theft, and assault. He is currently held without bond at the Charles County Detention Center. The victim was transported to a hospital for medical treatment. PFC Nelsen continues to investigate.
