Horry County, SC – A daycare worker at Coastal Children’s Academy has been arrested and charged with cruelty to children, torture, and deprivation after security footage allegedly showed her mishandling a 5-year-old girl.

🔹 Victim: 5-year-old girl with a medical condition affecting mobility
🔹 Actions Caught on Video:
Blocked the child under a play kitchen set
Lifted her by the arms and pulled them behind her back
Spun her upside down, carrying her out by one arm and one leg
Child was screaming in pain throughout the incident
👮 Investigation & Arrest:
The business owner provided security footage to authorities, confirming the incident. The victim was taken to urgent care, where doctors diagnosed an arm sprain and multiple bruises.
Mosley, when confronted, defended her actions, claiming the child was a danger to others. However, the footage did not support her claims.
Current Status:
🔹 Mosley remains incarcerated at J. Reuben Long Detention Center
🔹 No bail has been set at this time
