SENECA FALLS, N.Y. – A Seneca Falls man was arrested on Saturday following a domestic incident involving property damage, according to local authorities.
Police allege that Tyler Dyson threw a handful of rocks at a woman’s vehicle as she was driving away from a residence. The rocks reportedly caused multiple dents and scratches to the vehicle, which were observed by responding officers.
Dyson was arrested and charged with criminal mischief. He was transported to the Seneca County Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment.
An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim to prevent further contact.
