Two Richford Residents Arrested After Stolen Vehicle Linked to Theft Cases

Kyly Ott and Alexis Pelletier Face Charges Following Traffic Stop in Enosburg

ENOSBURG, VT (WKRN) — Two individuals from Richford, Kyly Ott and Alexis Pelletier, were arrested on March 12, 2025, after Vermont State Police located a stolen vehicle linked to multiple theft investigations.

At around 12:16 p.m., Troopers Cody Bellinghiri and Andrew Underwood from the St. Albans Barracks observed the stolen vehicle traveling west on Route 105 in Enosburg. The vehicle had been reported stolen the day before in Franklin, Vermont.

Upon conducting a traffic stop, officers identified the driver as 22-year-old Kyly Ott and the passenger as 29-year-old Alexis Pelletier. A subsequent search of the vehicle uncovered a number of stolen items, which were connected to ongoing theft cases being investigated by Vermont State Police.

Both Ott and Pelletier were arrested and transported to the St. Albans Barracks for processing. Ott faces charges of Aggravated Operation Without Owner’s Consent, while Pelletier is charged with Aggravated Operation Without Owner’s Consent and Petit Larceny. The two were released with a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on April 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

The investigation remains ongoing as authorities continue to examine the connections between the stolen items and the theft cases.
