Two Arrested in Connection with $140,000 Robbery at Hicksville Bank

HICKSVILLE, N.Y. — Two individuals, Gloria Chamorro and Luis Lizardo, have been arrested in connection with a robbery in which $140,000 was stolen from a man at a Bank of America parking lot in Hicksville.

According to detectives, the robbery took place in July when Chamorro and Lizardo forcibly took a bag containing the large sum of money from the victim. The incident occurred in the Bank of America parking lot on Jerusalem Avenue.

Authorities state that three other individuals were involved in the robbery, one of whom displayed a firearm during the incident. All five suspects were apprehended and are facing charges in connection with the robbery.

This arrest follows a swift investigation by local authorities. Chamorro, Lizardo, and the other suspects are currently being held while legal proceedings continue.
