BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) – Two men are facing felony drug trafficking charges after a traffic stop in Burleigh County led to a discovery of fentanyl and drug paraphernalia.

Bismarck police arrested 26-year-old Dustin Brown-Bumbalough of Hazen and 33-year-old Jesse Keller of Beulah during the traffic stop. Officers reported finding fentanyl and a scale in their vehicle, which led to the felony charges.

Both men are set to appear in court for a jury trial in May. Brown-Bumbalough’s bond has been set at $25,000, while Keller’s bond is set at $3,000.

This arrest marks another significant step in addressing the ongoing issue of fentanyl trafficking in the region.
