Two Men Arrested in Tallahassee for Operating Illegal Gambling Operation

Rajnikant Patel and Prakashbhai Raval charged after 64 gambling machines seized

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Rajnikant Patel, 48, and Prakashbhai Raval, 27, were arrested on Tuesday after authorities raided a suspected gambling location on Lake Bradford Road. The Florida Gaming Control Commission (FGCC) executed a warrant at the establishment, leading to the seizure of 64 illegal gambling slot machines and more than $20,000 in cash, according to court records.

Patel and Raval now face serious charges, including:

Operating a gambling house

64 counts of possessing slot machines

In addition to the FGCC, the Leon County Sheriff’s Office and Florida Highway Patrol assisted with the raid. During the search, authorities also found business ledgers detailing the operation’s activities.

The arrest and seizure come as part of ongoing efforts to crack down on illegal gambling operations in Florida.

Patel and Raval are facing serious charges, with further details expected to emerge as the investigation continues.
