HIALEAH, Fla. — Two men were arrested in connection with multiple mail thefts at an apartment complex in Hialeah, authorities said.

Thervil Alcinor, 45, and Densom Beaucejour, 33, were taken into custody early Tuesday on charges of organized scheme to defraud and conspiracy to commit organized fraud, according to Miami-Dade jail records.

U.S. Postal inspectors were called to the complex at 1095 W. 68th Street following reports of mail thefts. Ring camera footage identified six separate incidents occurring on Dec. 21, 23, 24, 25, 27, and 28, all between 1 a.m. and 2:30 a.m., involving the use of a USPS Arrow Key.

Alcinor and Beaucejour were apprehended during a joint operation with U.S. Postal inspectors and Hialeah Police’s Economic Crimes Unit while attempting another mail theft. Investigators recovered a USPS Arrow Key and handwritten ledgers detailing multiple residential addresses and mailbox numbers targeted for theft.

Both men declined to speak with authorities and were booked into jail pending further investigation.
