Two Arrested with 4.25 Kg Heroin in Sirsa Drug Bust

Sirsa Police Seize Rs 25 Crore Worth Heroin from Suspects

In a major drug bust on Friday, Sirsa police arrested two individuals and recovered 4.256 kilograms of heroin from their vehicle. The accused have been identified as Abhishek Kumar from Sirsa and Pradeep from Bathinda, Punjab.

According to Sirsa Superintendent of Police (SP) Vikrant Bhushan, the police team was conducting vehicle searches in the Ellenabad area when they noticed the suspicious behavior of the two men. Upon searching their car, authorities discovered the heroin.

The accused admitted during questioning that they had brought the drugs from Punjab and were planning to distribute it in various parts of Sirsa district. Both have been booked under relevant sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
