RIVERSIDE COUNTY, Calif. – A months-long human trafficking investigation led by the Riverside County Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force (RCAHT) has resulted in the arrest of two suspects linked to a trafficking operation in Corona, California.

Authorities identified the suspects as 38-year-old Eldra Reese and 21-year-old Janin Wohlwend, both Corona residents. They face felony charges related to human trafficking, pimping, pandering, and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Search Warrant Uncovers Multiple Victims
On February 27, 2025, law enforcement, assisted by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Gang Task Force, executed a search warrant at a residence on Aztec Circle in Corona. During the operation, several potential trafficking victims were found.

Investigators have identified at least nine potential victims, but only four have been located and interviewed so far. Authorities continue to search for additional victims and encourage anyone with information to contact RCAHT Task Force Deputy Baron at (760) 836-1600 or call anonymously at (760) 341-STOP (7867).

RCAHT’s Fight Against Human Trafficking
Founded in 2010, the Riverside County Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force focuses on combatting sex and labor trafficking. RCAHT operates as a multi-agency task force in collaboration with local and federal law enforcement, victim support organizations, and community outreach programs such as the Barbara Sinatra Children’s Center, REACH, and Rebirth Homes.

Authorities urge the public to remain vigilant and report any suspected human trafficking activity to law enforcement.
