POLK COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) – Kassey Jordan, 42, and Jason Paul Kramer, 47, were arrested in Polk County after they were found in possession of stolen debit cards and methamphetamine, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

Jordan faces three second-degree felony charges, including fraudulent possession of 10-50 credit or debit cards, fraudulent possession of identification, and possession of a controlled substance. She was also arrested on a Chambers County warrant for burglary of a building.

Kramer, of Baytown, is charged with the second-degree felony of possession of a controlled substance and the third-degree felony of hindering the apprehension or prosecution of a known felon. He was also arrested on a Polk County warrant for engaging in organized criminal activity.

The arrest occurred on Valentine’s Day, when detectives received a tip that Jordan, a wanted felon, was staying in a house under construction in the Scenic Loop area. Upon arrival, detectives spoke with a woman at the house who claimed Jordan had recently been there, but further investigation revealed that the woman was, in fact, Jordan. Jason Kramer was also found at the scene and provided false information to law enforcement.

During the search, authorities recovered methamphetamine in a pair of pants Jordan had requested, and they also discovered a meth bong in plain view.

On February 18, detectives conducted a follow-up investigation into the stolen identification found on Jordan. They traced one victim’s stolen camper trailer and recovered important documents, including a birth certificate, military awards, and a passport. They also learned about a second victim who had reported a missing debit card, which was later found to have been used by a woman matching Jordan’s description. The victim’s stolen debit card was among the items recovered.

Authorities are continuing to investigate the case and have urged victims to come forward.
