MANLIUS, N.Y. – Three people were arrested after a burglary at the Kohl’s on Towne Drive in Fayetteville on Monday, January 13, 2025. The Town of Manlius Police responded to a tip from a store employee who recognized two suspects from a previous theft in early January.

Around 6 p.m., the employee alerted police after spotting the suspects inside the store, selecting high-ticket merchandise but abandoning it when employees approached. The suspects returned later that evening, and officers waited as they left the store with more than $700 worth of goods. Police took the suspects into custody as they tried to flee in a vehicle that had been reported stolen from the Town of DeWitt.

An inventory of the vehicle uncovered cocaine and drug paraphernalia. The suspects were identified as 33-year-old Randy Bowman, 27-year-old Colleeka Robinson, and 24-year-old Timothy Delapp, all from Syracuse. They face several charges, including petit larceny, conspiracy, criminal possession of controlled substances, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Police also revealed that Bowman and Robinson had additional warrants. All three suspects are currently held at the Justice Center pending arraignment.
