21-Year-Old Trevaughn Rogers Arrested After Mobile Shooting
MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A 21-year-old man, Trevaughn Rogers, has been arrested in connection with a violent shooting that left one victim with a gunshot wound to the face, according to Mobile Police.
Authorities say the incident occurred on March 27, when Rogers fired multiple shots into an occupied vehicle, striking one of the occupants. The victim later arrived at the hospital with a serious facial injury from the gunfire.
Rogers was initially arrested on April 3 for shooting into an occupied vehicle, and again on April 10 on a first-degree assault charge, according to court and jail records.
He was released the same afternoon on a $3,000 bond, records show.
The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
