CONCORD, N.H. — Travis Kenneth Allard, 46, a Tier II sex offender, is facing a series of new charges in Concord and surrounding areas, continuing a pattern of frequent arrests that date back decades.
Allard, who is homeless, was convicted in October 2023 in Manchester for possessing child sexual abuse images, landing him on the sex offender registry. Since then, he has been arrested multiple times in Concord and other parts of New Hampshire for failing to comply with sex offender laws and for felony drug possession.
Recent charges include:
Failure to report annual registration to Concord police within five business days of Jan. 4
Failure to report a Facebook account and a new phone number (Feb. 10 arrest)
Felony drug possession in Tilton (April 10)
Providing false information as a registered sex offender and breach of bail (May 1)
Felony drug possession in Concord (May 28)
Allard’s repeat offenses, particularly involving failure to report online identifiers and drug charges, have led to continued scrutiny by local law enforcement.
Authorities continue to monitor Allard’s activity as he remains a high-risk offender within the Concord area.
