Williamsport man charged after Union County store theft

A Williamsport man has been arrested in connection with the theft of nearly $11,000 in products from a Union County business, state police said.

The incident occurred earlier this month at a rent-to-own store located on AJK Boulevard in Kelly Township, authorities reported.

Troopers identified the suspect as 42-year-old Timothy White. Police said multiple items were stolen, including furniture, electronics, and appliances, with the total value totaling several thousand dollars.

The business involved is based in Lewisburg. Authorities have not released additional details about the circumstances of the theft or whether further charges may be filed.
