Timothy Wells Arrested for Livonia Business Burglary

Convicted felon accused of stealing safe and cash

LIVONIA, N.Y. — A convicted felon has been arrested in connection with a burglary at a business on Grove Street in Livonia, according to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.

The suspect, Timothy Wells, is accused of stealing a safe and a sum of money from the location on June 17, 2025. Following an investigation, Wells was arrested on Monday and charged with burglary and petit larceny.

Due to prior felony convictions, Wells is being held without bail at the Livingston County Jail.

The investigation remains ongoing.
