Boise, Idaho (CBS2) – Boise Police have arrested 31-year-old Tiffani Mathes on 13 felony charges, including burglary, identity theft, and drug possession.
Between March 18 and 19, officers responded to seven reports of vehicle burglaries in the Orchard St. and Targee St. area on the Boise Bench. Investigators discovered that several victims had their banking cards stolen.
Detectives tracked the fraudulent transactions to local retailers, where Mathes allegedly spent hundreds of dollars using the stolen cards.
On Monday morning, police located and arrested Mathes in connection with the crimes. During the arrest, officers found suspected controlled substances in her possession.
Mathes now faces multiple felony charges, including burglary, identity theft, and drug possession. Authorities continue to investigate the case.
