MANSFIELD, Pa. — Beiker Jimenez (23), Christian Sivira Sanchez (24), and Yonaiker Rondon Diaz (26), all from New York City, were arrested on December 29, 2024, for allegedly stealing over $5,000 worth of Dewalt power tools from a Tractor Supply store in Mansfield, Pennsylvania.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, officers responded to a reported theft at the Tractor Supply on South Main Street shortly after 2 p.m. on the day of the theft. The caller informed authorities that they had witnessed the theft, which involved the suspects attempting to steal approximately $5,859.75 worth of tools, including a $500 display case lock that was damaged during the incident.

Following their investigation, the three suspects were arrested and charged with retail theft and conspiracy to commit theft (both third-degree felonies). Additionally, Jimenez and Sivira Sanchez were charged with criminal mischief (second-degree misdemeanor), while Jimenez faced further charges of defiant trespass (third-degree misdemeanor) and marijuana possession (misdemeanor).

All three men were taken into Tioga County Jail, where Jimenez and Sivira Sanchez were denied bail due to their misleading statements about their criminal history and lack of community ties. Rondon Diaz was granted a $10,000 bail and was released from jail on January 8, 2025, after posting bail.
