Three individuals have been charged following two major drug busts in Chattanooga, Tennessee overnight, according to the Chattanooga Police Department.
Investigators seized large amounts of fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana, pills, and nearly $100,000 in cash during the operations.
The first search warrant targeted a storage unit on Mountain View Road, where police recovered three kilograms of fentanyl. This led to a second location in Hamilton County, where, in collaboration with the Drug Enforcement Administration, officers seized an additional kilogram of fentanyl, three kilograms of cocaine, marijuana, and over $50,000 in cash. 27-year-old Adarion Windmon was arrested and faces both state and federal charges.
Hours later, officers searched a home on the 6200 block of Shallowford Road, seizing 1.4 pounds of fentanyl, meth, crack cocaine, cocaine, marijuana, pills, and more than $48,000 in cash. Two individuals, 42-year-old Dennis Ryals and 47-year-old Tamper Ryals, were arrested and booked into the Hamilton County Jail.
“CPD appreciates the assistance from the DEA as we work together to remove illegal drugs and those responsible for distributing them from our community,” the Chattanooga Police Department said.
