Wilmington, DE – Delaware State Police arrested Devon Hargraves, Larry Wilmer, and Taylor Anthony, all from Wilmington, in connection with a series of burglaries that took place in New Castle County over the past two months. The three individuals are facing multiple felony charges for their involvement in 13 burglaries and one attempted burglary between March and April 2024.

The crimes, which targeted commercial businesses, involved suspects prying open rear doors while one acted as a lookout. Stolen items included cash and electronic equipment. The burglars typically fled in a dark-colored Dodge Ram or a silver Ford Taurus.

Following an investigation, detectives identified Hargraves, Wilmer, and Anthony, along with two other suspects, Perignon Brooks and Andre Gershad, who remain at large.

On May 7, 2024, detectives executed search warrants across Wilmington and arrested the three suspects. They are linked to similar burglaries in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and other Delaware areas.

Hargraves faces 13 felony counts of burglary and additional charges, including theft, conspiracy, and criminal mischief. He is being held on an $81,101 cash bond at Howard R. Young Correctional Institution.

Wilmer is also charged with 13 counts of burglary, along with similar charges as Hargraves, and is being held on a $76,000 cash bond.

Anthony faces charges including burglary and theft and is currently held at the Delores J. Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution on a $49,100 cash bond.

Detectives continue to search for the remaining suspects, Brooks and Gershad, both of whom have multiple felony warrants for their involvement in these crimes.
