NORFOLK, N.Y. — A traffic stop in the town of Norfolk led to the arrest of three individuals for methamphetamine possession, according to the New York State Police.

Chendelle M. Campbell, 33, of Chase Mills, who was driving the vehicle, was charged on May 1 with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Two passengers were also arrested:

Kortney M. Russell, 31, of Norfolk, was charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Morris-Anthony H. Galing, 41, of Madrid, faced four counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

While Galing was initially released with an appearance ticket, further investigation revealed he had an extraditable warrant out of Hudson County, New Jersey. State Police completed the required fugitive from justice paperwork, and Galing was transported to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, where he will await extradition.

All three suspects were processed at the Massena State Police station. Russell and Campbell received appearance tickets returnable to Norfolk Town Court in May, and Campbell was also issued multiple vehicle and traffic citations.
