Three Arrested After Collier County Drug House Raided, Fentanyl, Meth Seized

Collier County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team raids suspected drug house, recovering fentanyl, methamphetamine, and crack cocaine.

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. (WINK) — A drug house in Collier County was raided on Friday following a tip to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, which led to the recovery of fentanyl, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, and narcotic paraphernalia. The Sheriff’s SWAT team executed a search warrant at the residence located at 5441 Carlton Street, where three individuals were arrested.

Edward Arthur Valadez, 29, was taken into custody on charges of possession of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and narcotic equipment. Megan Marie Groves, 38, and Mark Dirisre Dieujuste, 40, were both arrested for possession of narcotic equipment.

The three individuals were booked into the Collier County Jail, where they await their court dates. Valadez is scheduled for a hearing on March 10, while Groves and Dieujuste will appear in court on March 12.

Authorities continue to tackle the region’s opioid crisis as they address narcotics trafficking and related crimes in the area.
