A third suspect has been arrested in connection with the fatal drive-by shooting that occurred on I-244 in 2024. Jace Reddell, 19, was apprehended in Bartlesville and is accused of participating in the shooting that killed 16-year-old Ja’tycie Williams.
The incident occurred when Williams and seven other people were leaving the Tulsa County Fair. Another vehicle began following their car on the interstate and opened fire, striking Williams and another individual. While the other victim survived, Williams tragically succumbed to her injuries on November 2, more than a month after the shooting.
Kyler Naely and Colby Glenn were arrested on November 20 and booked into the Tulsa County Jail, both facing charges of first-degree murder. Authorities have confirmed that Glenn and Reddell were the shooters, while Naely served as the driver of the vehicle. Investigators revealed that Glenn sought revenge against Williams after an earlier altercation at the fair, and Glenn had publicly bragged about the shooting in multiple social media posts and rap videos.
All three men—Reddell, Glenn, and Naely—are now charged with first-degree murder. Additionally, a juvenile suspect was also arrested, but the charges were later dismissed pending further investigation.
As the case unfolds, authorities continue to pursue justice for the tragic death of Ja’tycie Williams.
