Taylor and Christina Ferguson Arrested in Multi-State Retail Theft Scheme

Couple accused of over 120 thefts across five states, also facing drug charges

CONWAY, Ark. – Taylor Lynn Ferguson, 31, and Christina Audrey Ferguson, 25, were arrested last week by the Conway Police Department in coordination with Walmart Asset Protection after being implicated in a large-scale retail theft operation.

The couple is accused of stealing up to $500 worth of goods per store in over 120 incidents across several states, including Arkansas, Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, and Mississippi. According to police, the thefts spanned multiple locations, with the couple allegedly targeting retail stores in each state.

In addition to the theft charges, Taylor and Christina Ferguson face multiple drug-related charges, including trafficking a Schedule I or II controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver.

The investigation into the couple’s criminal activities is ongoing. Authorities are encouraging anyone with additional information to contact the Conway Police Department.
