
Tate Edward Dietrich Arrested for Lewd Acts in Virginia Stores
BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. — A Bedford man has been arrested after allegedly committing lewd and obscene acts in multiple retail locations across Virginia, according to the Bedford Police Department.
Tate Edward Dietrich was taken into custody following a search warrant executed on the 800 block of Woodhaven Drive. The warrant was part of an investigation into incidents that occurred in Leesburg, Roanoke County, and Bedford.
Dietrich is currently facing three counts of unlawfully creating an image of another, with additional charges pending as the investigation continues.
Authorities say the acts occurred in well-known retail chains, including Lowe’s, Hamrick’s, Target, and Walmart. The case is being handled with assistance from the Leesburg Police Department, Roanoke County Police Department, and staff at the involved stores.
