T. Satish Karthi & Others Nabbed for Methylphenidate

Three arrested in Tiruvannamalai with 54 grams of drug

In a targeted operation, Tiruvannamalai Taluk police arrested three individuals for possession of Methylphenidate in powder form along the Vengaikaal–Kottapalayam Main Road near the Collectorate office.

The arrested have been identified as:

T. Satish Karthi, 25, a B.Tech graduate from Vengaikaal village.
M. Balaji, 24, a cab driver from Vengaikaal village.
R. Gowtham, 25, unemployed and a resident of Bengaluru.

Police recovered a total of 54 grams of Methylphenidate from the accused during the operation. Authorities are investigating the source of the drugs and whether the accused are part of a larger network involved in distributing controlled substances.

Further action and legal proceedings are underway under relevant narcotics laws.
