Undercover Operation & Arrest
In February 2025, investigators conducted an undercover drug purchase within Chipley city limits, leading to an arrest warrant for Deese. He was charged with:
Sale of methamphetamine (Florida Statute 893.13.1a1)
Use of a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony (Florida Statute 934.215)
On March 10, 2025, officers spotted Deese near Glennwood Avenue and 7th Street and took him into custody.

During the arrest, officers searched Deese and allegedly found methamphetamine and marijuana, resulting in additional charges:
