CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WCHS) — A Kanawha County woman and three other individuals have been sentenced in federal court for their roles in a multi-state drug trafficking operation, federal prosecutors announced Wednesday.
Stephanie Miller, 48, of Charleston, was sentenced to 84 months (7 years) in prison for distributing methamphetamine, cocaine, and fentanyl, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of West Virginia.
Three other defendants were also sentenced for their involvement:
Sandra Tennant, 55, of Morgantown, received 51 months in prison.
Jordan Spadafore, 34, also of Morgantown, was sentenced to five years probation.
Charles Johnson, 33, of Detroit, Michigan, received the longest sentence — 96 months in prison.
The group was part of a drug distribution network stretching from Philadelphia to Detroit and into West Virginia, prosecutors said. The investigation was a collaborative effort involving federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies.
Officials say the sentencing marks a significant step in dismantling a wide-reaching drug operation affecting multiple states.
