Madison, Wisconsin (WMTV) — December 12, 2024 – Dantrell Stevenson, 31, of Matteson, Illinois, was sentenced to two years in federal prison, followed by four years of supervision, for his involvement in a fentanyl distribution ring in Madison. The sentencing was announced by the Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ) on Thursday.

Over the course of the year, undercover officers in Madison made 23 purchases of fentanyl from members of the organization, with Stevenson being involved in ten of those transactions. Authorities also intercepted additional shipments of fentanyl.
