Six men have been sentenced for their involvement in a cocaine supply ring in Bristol, following an operation that began in November 2023 and ended in April 2024. The case came to light after Avon and Somerset Police intercepted a car in Lockleaze, Bristol, on the evening of April 7 and seized nearly one kilogram of cocaine.

The men were sentenced at Bristol Crown Court on Thursday, with five of them receiving significant prison terms, while the sixth was given a suspended sentence.

Cartell Williams, 28, of no fixed address, was sentenced to eight years in prison for his role in the operation. Aaron Thomas Haskins, 33, from Hartliffe, Bristol, was handed a seven-year sentence. Ashley Wood, 27, of Bedminster, Bristol, received a six-year prison term, while Ajani Smith, 28, from Lockleaze, Bristol, was sentenced to four years in jail.

Luke Anthony Gregory, 30, from Hartcliffe, Bristol, was given a 28-month sentence, and Adrian Williams, 59, of Hartcliffe, Bristol, received 19 months, which was suspended for two years.

The operation was a major blow to drug trafficking in the area, with Avon and Somerset Police praising the successful interception of the drug supply.
