Six people were arrested early Wednesday morning in Addison after a series of drug trafficking searches conducted by the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency (MDEA).
The arrests followed an extensive, months-long investigation that included undercover purchases of fentanyl and crack. Two properties on East Side Road, 369 and 870, were searched as part of the operation.
During the bust, police seized over 150 grams of fentanyl, 20 grams of crack cocaine, three handguns, and over $10,000 in suspected drug proceeds.
The following individuals were arrested and charged:
Adrian Batson (60) – Class B Unlawful Trafficking of Fentanyl – $50,000 cash bail
Juancel Ledesma Pujols (20) of the Dominican Republic – Class A Aggravated Trafficking of Fentanyl (aggravated by firearm possession) – $50,000 cash bail
Dioverys Roberto De La Rosa-Castillo (26) of the Dominican Republic – Class A Aggravated Trafficking of Fentanyl (aggravated by firearm possession) – $50,000 cash bail
Bret Burke (55) of Addison – Class B Unlawful Trafficking of Fentanyl – $60,000 cash bail
Michelle Wright (49) of Addison – Class A Aggravated Trafficking of Schedule W Drugs (aggravated by prior convictions) – $50,000 cash bail
Yiraldis De Los Santos Valenzuela (28) of Dorchester, MA – Class A Aggravated Trafficking of Fentanyl (aggravated by firearm possession) – $50,000 cash bail
The MDEA continues its efforts to dismantle drug trafficking networks in the region, with this bust serving as a significant blow to fentanyl distribution in the area.
