A March 13 trespassing complaint in Glasgow, Kentucky, led to the arrest of 47-year-old Sharon West on drug-related charges, according to a Glasgow Police Department press release.
Officers responded to East Main Street after receiving a trespassing complaint and made contact with West, confirming that she had previously been issued a trespass notice for the location. Upon searching her, police discovered methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
West was taken into custody and charged with:
Third-degree criminal trespassing
First-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense)
Possession of drug paraphernalia
She is currently being held at the Barren County Detention Center, with a scheduled court date on March 17.
