Saratoga Springs Man Arrested for Burglary at Ballston Apartment Complex

Brian Richmond Faces Second-Degree Burglary and Larceny Charges

A Saratoga Springs man has been arrested and charged with burglary following an incident at the Enclave 50 apartment complex in Ballston. On December 21, 2024, at 3:59 p.m., the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary call, which led to the arrest of 42-year-old Brian J. Richmond.

Richmond is accused of unlawfully entering a dwelling with the intent to commit a crime and stealing property from the residence. He faces charges of second-degree burglary and misdemeanor petit larceny.

After his arraignment in Milton Town Court, Richmond was remanded to the Saratoga County Jail, pending further proceedings in Ballston Town Court, where he will await his next court date.
