The Saidabad Police arrested Sai Charan (21) for his involvement in a hit-and-run that resulted in the death of Sunil Kumar (27).
Incident Details
The accident occurred early Sunday on Champapet Road, when Sai Charan’s car rammed into a motorcycle, dragging it approximately 50 meters. Sunil Kumar, the motorcycle rider, later died while undergoing treatment in hospital.
Arrest and Background
Sai Charan had been absconding since the incident. He was traveling with a friend en route to RGI Airport to pick up another friend when the accident occurred. He was arrested by the Saidabad police on Wednesday and taken into custody for further legal action.
