KIMBALL, Neb. — The Kimball Police Department arrested 30-year-old Ryan Rowley on Thursday afternoon following a felony stop related to sexual assault allegations.
After an investigation, police obtained probable cause for Rowley’s arrest on two counts of first-degree sexual assault, said Police Chief Jose Ruiz.
Officers located Rowley with assistance from the Kimball County Sheriff’s Office and took him into custody without incident.
Rowley was transported to the Kimball County Detention Center where he faces charges related to the case.
