Ryan Keefe, 38, of Norwich, was arrested on Wednesday following a two-vehicle crash in Preston on June 18, 2024, which resulted in serious injuries. According to police, Keefe was involved in the accident on Route 2, prompting charges of reckless driving and avoiding an ignition interlock device.
Keefe was arrested and later released on a $35,000 bond. He is scheduled to be arraigned on April 22 in Norwich Superior Court.
