Samara Estradasaenz, 45, was arrested after a parking dispute at the Rome Walmart resulted in significant damage to another vehicle.
According to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the Walmart on December 31 following a complaint regarding the damaged vehicle. The repair estimate totaled $6,794.83.
Due to the high cost of the damage, the case was referred to the Oneida County Criminal Investigations Unit. Estradasaenz was charged with criminal mischief, a felony, processed at the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Building, and is scheduled for arraignment in CAP Court.
