MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Three people were arrested Thursday after a major drug bust on McRae Avenue in Mobile, where police seized 35,000 fentanyl pills, multiple guns, and various illegal substances.
The Mobile Police Department confirmed the arrests following an investigation centered on a residence in the 1000 block of McRae Avenue.
Inside the home, officers recovered:
35,000 fentanyl pills
Cocaine
Crystal methamphetamine
Marijuana
Synthetic marijuana
Three firearms
Drug paraphernalia

Roderick Jones, 45, of Prichard

All three suspects were booked into the Mobile County Metro Jail. Bond hearings are scheduled for next week, according to jail records.
Authorities say the bust is part of an ongoing effort to curb the spread of fentanyl and other illicit drugs in the region. The investigation is ongoing.
