TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department has arrested a man following a multi-agency investigation into food stamp fraud and identity theft.

Authorities say Robin Black, 64, allegedly used cell phones to defraud individuals of their SNAP benefits. Police worked with federal partners for months to gather evidence before making the arrest.

A federal warrant for Black was issued this week. Officers located him as he was leaving his home and took him into custody.

Black was transported to the federal courthouse and turned over to the U.S. Marshals Service. He is facing charges of conspiracy, benefits fraud, and fraud forfeiture.
