HIGHGATE, Vt. – A Washington, Vermont man is facing multiple charges after Vermont State Police responded to a reported domestic assault in Highgate on March 11, 2025.
Authorities report that Robert Miller, 54, was involved in an incident on Saint Armand Road at approximately 8:11 a.m. The investigation determined that Miller caused pain and fear to a domestic partner. The alleged offense occurred in the presence of a juvenile.
Miller was later located and issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court, Criminal Division on March 12, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. to face the charges.
